Shipping & Delivery Policy

Free delivery across New Zealand

Standard delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend. Local delivery is handled by NZ Post. All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually prepared within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery is estimated at around 10 business days after dispatch. Please allow up to 25 business days in total from payment confirmation.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Remote locations, customs checks, weather and peak demand may affect delivery. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, contact us so we can investigate.

Where your order ships from

We work with manufacturing and fulfilment partners in different countries, so your order may be shipped directly from overseas. NZ Post handles the local delivery stage in New Zealand.

Tracking your order

Tracking details are sent after dispatch. Once your parcel is registered with NZ Post, you can check it using NZ Post tracking. Tracking updates may take time to appear while a parcel is moving between international and local networks.
